Aether Opus is a digital product. Premium purchases unlock access to premium screens, deeper readings, and gated tools inside the app rather than shipping a physical item.
How Fulfillment Works
When a purchase is confirmed by the store platform, premium access should unlock on the purchasing account or device flow supported by that platform. In most cases the unlock is immediate, though store verification delays can occasionally slow fulfillment.
If Access Does Not Unlock
Use Restore Purchases first inside Aether Opus. If premium still does not appear, contact support with the purchase channel, the product type, and a short description of what stayed locked.
What Fulfillment Includes
Fulfillment covers access to premium app content only: locked Hub modules, deeper readings, advanced timing layers, and other gated digital features included in the active plan at the time of use.
How To Cancel
For Android subscriptions, cancellation is handled through Google Play subscriptions. If you subscribed through another platform in the future, cancellation must be completed through that same platform unless a separate web billing flow is explicitly introduced.
What Happens After Cancellation
After cancellation, premium access generally stays active until the current billing period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription, and reinstalling the app does not remove billing from the store account.
Restore vs Manage
Use Restore Purchases inside Aether Opus if premium content is not unlocking on the current device. Use subscription management when you need to view, change, or cancel the Play billing plan itself.

Refunds And Billing Disputes
Refunds and billing disputes are governed by the store where the purchase was made. Aether Opus can help document access issues, but final refund decisions for in-app subscriptions usually follow platform policy.
