Use support for billing issues, bugs, reading-display problems, restore problems, and general product feedback.

Purchase and restore issues

If a purchase or restore does not appear correctly, check your store purchase history first. Then tell us the product type and whether the issue affects unlock, restore, renewal, cancellation, or subscription management.

Bug reports

Include the screen name, the birthdate or input that triggered the issue if relevant, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots are especially helpful for layout or rendering issues.
